Foundation Hosts Stewardship Strategy Webinar

On Jan. 19, the United Methodist Foundation of Louisiana hosted a stewardship strategy webinar with Rev. Ken Sloane. 

 “The Best Time to Develop a Stewardship Strategy” webinar detailed steps on how to grow generous disciples in a congregation. Rev. Ken Sloane explored ways a church can have a year-round intentional strategy for 22 participants. 

Key take-aways from the webinar included a 12-month plan for stewardship, incentives for developing a strategy and starting with a “why.” Sloane stressed the need for keeping stewardship in focus year-round and offered many examples to make it easy to do so.
