STEWARDING THE CHURCH IN THE 21ST CENTURY
The United Methodist Foundation of Louisiana offers pastors in the Louisiana Annual Conference an opportunity for a scholarship in Dakota Wesleyan University’s Practical Church Leadership Program, a graduate certificate program.
The one-year program is designed to equip pastors to handle the demand of the ever-expanding administrative expectations and responsibilities they are often asked to meet, in the areas of finance, personnel, management and stewardship. Participants will earn 21 credit hours toward a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Selected clergy will participate in online courses, individualized coaching and face-to-face meetings, all of which are sensitive to the traditional church calendar.
Scholarship applications are due June 1, 2024.
